A mental performance coach passionate about helping athletes and performers unlock their full potential. A former NCAA Division II lacrosse player, she understands firsthand the mental and physical demands of competing at a high level and the importance of building both resilience and confidence in sport.
Caleigh holds a Master’s degree in Sport Psychology from Florida State University. She partners with athletes and performers across a wide range of sports and competitive levels, including youth, high school, collegiate, and club programs. Throughout her career, Caleigh has helped individual athletes and teams develop the mental skills necessary to perform their best under pressure. She specializes in mental performance strategies such as confidence building, focus, emotion regulation, motivation, and composure in high-pressure situations. Her work focuses on providing athletes with a strong foundation of mental skills that translate to success both in competition and in life.
Outside of her professional work, Caleigh is an endurance sport enthusiast and triathlete, actively applying the same mental skills she teaches to her own training and competition. Whether coaching athletes, leading workshops, or preparing for her next race, she’s driven by the belief that strong minds fuel strong performances.
